Shipping + Returns
RETURN POLICY:
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within 10 days of receiving. You are responsible for the costs associated with shipping the item back to us. If it is damaged or used by the customer/recipient, no refunds will be given. Shipping charges are not refunded.

SHIPPING:
- Orders ship from Fort Wayne, IN USA.
- We are happy to ship worldwide!
- Your order will be shipped within 4 business days (excepting "pre-order" items).
- All orders are shipped via US Postal Service.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Domestic (USA) orders:
- Orders shipped within the USA are shipped with delivery confirmation.
- You will receive a shipping notification email when your order ships which includes your delivery confirmation/tracking number and a link to USPS.com where you can track it.
International Orders:
- Standard shipping for international packages is First Class airmail, so expect 10-14 business days for delivery time (once it has been mailed).
- Please be aware that international orders shipped First Class Mail have little/no tracking and no insurance (unless requested). We can verify that your order has been shipped, but if it lost, we have no way of recovering it and may not be able to offer any refunds.
